Microsoft Word automatically opens last document

If you find the last opened document displaying when you open another document in Microsoft Word through DocMoto this is Apple's Resume feature which they introduced with the release of Lion and not a characteristic of DocMoto.

To stop this from happening and disable the feature you will need to go to System Preferences/General and uncheck the option 'Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps'. This will apply to all applications, not just Word, so Excel, Pages, Safari, etc will all be affected.
