Mac Version 4.2

Version 4.2 is a service pack release and includes the following changes over version 4.0 and version 4.1

A server upgrade from v4.0 to v4.2 is only required for server machines running OSX 10.14 (macOS Mojave)

New Features

  • Link Preferences - We have separated Action on Open Link and made it optional whether to have links to files in DocMoto ask if a user should download or checkout.

  • Open Multiple tabs from folder selections - When several folders are selected the menu item - Open in new tab opens all of them in separate tabs.

  • Home and Trash are the logged in user's folder - If Show Every Folder for administrators is enabled 2 more items, All Home and All Trash appear.

  • Mail Preference options simplified - The options for Email Applications have been simplified to just Mail and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Connection Dialog - Improvement to the connection dialog showing progress when logging in.

  • Sharing - Subfolders are now included in a share.

  • Sharing - Folders and sub folders can be downloaded.
